Yes, just choose the SINGLE PLAYER mode, proceed to payment (cost 6€) and you can start playing right away with access to hints and solutions. You will have 2 days to finish the game. This is the ideal mode if you want to visit the city with family or friends in a fun and dynamic way without thinking about competition.
Absolutely and it is super fun! Choose the MATCH mode and create one, you will pay only later when you add teams (cost 13€ per team). Divide the players into teams (we recommend max 4-5 people per team), meet all the players at a place near the route you have chosen and convenient for everyone. On the day you are going to play, tell the teams the login information with which they will need to access the game, explain the rules, and kick off the challenge!
Once you have identified the city, choose the route you most prefer from those available (based on time available and distances), then tell the players a convenient meeting place for everyone in that area of the city. The meeting place will also be where the teams should return to after the game is over. For example, it can be a place you know, or an easily recognizable bar or store.
No, our Urban Games are a mandatory live game type and only in cities where we have created a game path. If you are looking for an online-only activity, we suggest you look at our Online Escape Rooms.
In SINGLE PLAYER mode from when you purchase the game you have 2 days to finish the match. In TEAM MATCH, however, the maximum match duration is customizable from the control panel you will have access to (an ideal choice if you need to organize a time-limited event).
On Enigmap there is no maximum number of players or teams. You can play alone, forming a single team or organizing games with lots of teams competing against each other. We recommend never exceeding 4-5 people per team to allow everyone to get involved and have fun.
Each Enigmap adventure has a hint system to help you out in times of difficulty. And if you really can't continue you can view the solution to the puzzle.

Each team must have a smartphone or tablet with an internet connection, a pen, and a notebook or sheet of paper useful for solving some of the games. Our games are accessible directly from your browser without the need to install apps or anything else. Wear comfortable shoes, bring a bottle of water, and be prepared to walk and carefully observe your surroundings! It might also be helpful to have a power bank for your device.

In the face of rain just arm yourself with a good raincoat or umbrella and the game becomes even more adventurous! Otherwise, if you can, postpone the game: you decide when it starts and when it ends so, until you hit the start button, there is always time to postpone it!
