Once you have identified the city, choose the route you most prefer from those available (based on time available and distances), then tell the players a convenient meeting place for everyone in that area of the city. The meeting place will also be where the teams should return to after the game is over. For example, it can be a place you know, or an easily recognizable bar or store.

Form teams with a maximum of 4-5 people and organize two common moments with all players via videoconference: one at the beginning to explain the rules and one at the end of the event to see the ranking together and decide the winner. To play the game, each team will independently launch its own videoconference and one of the players (the team leader) will share the screen with the others by accessing the Enigmap platform with the data you will have provided. All the players will then be able to talk and collaborate to solve the puzzles together.

Download and print the pdf file with the sheets to be placed in the playing field. These sheets contain the codes for each stage that players will need to enter on Enigmap to access the puzzle and solve it;
Identify your playing field and choose where to place the stage code sheets (you will need to do this on the day of the event before kicking off play);
Suggest that all participants bring a pen and paper with them on the day they play; they will be helpful in solving the puzzles;
Start the game by telling the players the rules and the time they have. May the best man win!
