Going through boxes, I found a lot of items that seem to be part of a soldier's equipment. "Garibaldi Brigades," so it says. That must be the name of the partisan group to which my great-grandfather belonged. However, there is not everything in the box that is listed in the diary: I only found a red handkerchief, pipe and tobacco, water bottle with a bib, folding knife, belt and holster. What is missing?
