A volleyball, two strips of cloth or plastic.
Description
Place two strips of cloth or plastic on opposite sides of the court. Behind each strip a player from one of the teams (the goalkeeper) stops. The handler throws the ball up. Whoever catches it can take a maximum of three steps and then must pass it to a teammate.
The team that can get the ball to their goalkeeper earns a point. You cannot touch the ball with your feet, if someone touches the ball with their feet, the other team gets a point.
Who win?
Whoever scores the most points in the allotted time.
